SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern the text-messaging program offered by Torro Express Inc (“Torro Express,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms.
1. Program Description
When you opt in, Torro Express Inc may send you text messages (SMS) related to your request, such as freight quotes, dispatch and shipment updates, driver-application follow-ups, appointment confirmations, and customer-service replies.
2. How You Opt In (Consent)
You provide your consent to receive text messages by submitting your mobile number through a form on our website (for example, our contact, quote, or driver-application form) and checking the SMS consent box, or by otherwise expressly agreeing to receive texts from us. Consent to receive marketing or automated text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.
We do not share your mobile opt-in information or SMS consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number, provided for text messaging, is used only to deliver the messages you requested. See our Privacy Policy.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Torro Express Inc is not responsible for charges from your wireless provider.
5. Opting Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received messages. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, opt in again as described above.

7. Supported Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing.
9. Changes
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, will always be available on this page.
